I have attended Saturday morning 'Flow and Energise' yoga class since the studio opened. For me it is the best part of the weekend. Thankfully, the class is welcoming but challenging and I know my flexibility has improved tremendously. Instructor Becky B teaches by giving clear instructions and demonstrations. Although we are encouraged to fulfill our potential everyone works to their own ability, no one is judged or made to feel inferior. The studio is a calm, clean, comfortable space. Mats and equipment are provided. Free parking is also a bonus. I can not recommend The Wellbeing and Wellness Coach highly enough, I am looking forward to when have more free time to attend the many other classes on offer.
