I've been a customer at Luce Balloons for a few years and have always found Eric and his lovely wife to be very friendly and helpful. The shop is well stocked and advice is given freely. Customers are treated like friends. I have been known to browse for half an hour with no pressure to buy or move on, not that I can resist their craft stock and specials. All in all a good shop to visit.
