First and foremost the staff. Always a warm sincere welcome, attentive service and lots of smiling. On top of that the food is excellent; lots of choice, can be altered to own taste, specials board that does have specials on it, and all at a fair price. Last but not least the "boss", Emrullah, who is professional but friendly and treats you like family. We always stay much longer than intended and leave feeling on top of the world.
