This company is the most efficent, professional, helpful company I have ever used in the 40 years of owning a home! The choice of stock is excellent, we were helped in making our choice without feeling pressured. The carpet was fitted well within the time they estimated it would take. The fitter was not happy with the way it was fitted because our stair walls were not even - it being an old property - and although, we wouldn't have notice the problem, he inisted on coming back at his own expence to replace and refit a stretch of the carpet! Because he saw this as an inconvenience to us - we didn't - he didn' t charge us to have two mats made with the excess carpet!Their whole approach was well over and above the call of duty! I would recommend them to everyone, infact have already done so, and will certainly be using them again!
