Another fantastic experience with Blackberry Hill Carpets. They've now left us with a warm and comfortable home with the minimum of disruption, and overcame all the difficulties of working in an older property. They arrived promptly, finished quickly and were thoroughly pleasant and professional throughout. Highly recommended.
I have just had a wonderful experience of the professionalism of this company. From start to finish they were without fault. I felt my carpet needs were important to them, and they were extremely helpful in advising the best type of underlay for warmth, and the most affordable option for our small terraced home. The time to delivery and fitting was faster than I'd anticipated, and the fitters were fast, competent, and extremely polite and friendly. They managed to work around the fact that we couldn't completely clear the room of one sofabed, and helped us put our other sofa back in place at the end. They even hoovered and left everything as tidy as we could have hoped. I will definitely be using this company again and highly recommend them.
