After looking around about 4 carpet stores, we were pretty fed up and still weren't sure what we wanted. We passed the Carpets Direct 2U store by accident and in there Richard was brilliant, he couldn't be more helpful. The following week he popped over to measure up and then the carpet was fitted a few days later by Rob. The service was excellent, Richard's advice was very useful and Rob fitted the carpet quickly and efficiently, we also had a great chat over a cup of tea. Couldn't ask for more and I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again, or recommend them to a friend.
