Highly responsive in answering queries - I never had to chase for an update, every broker I've had to this point I've always had to chase for updates. This wasn't the case with Jim - he kept me up-to-date throughout the process - also with relevant information. What was a stressful experience buying my previous property, this part of the process has been a breeze this time. Thank you Jim for your hard work - you're great at your job!
