After a lot of looking about all over and receiving typical car salesmanship feedback (which is shocking as they sell you everything and when you point out the rust they run away) I went to McCarthy, purely based on their feedback. I can honestly say that 5 months after having my car, I havent come across such professionalism and call it a 'caring' customer service in any sector. The team have gone well beyond their duties to ensure I am satisfied and will come back, be it from phone calls to check if everything is ok, to arranging alternative mechanics (approved by them of course) to fix problems due to them having staff shortages, to loan cars - these guys are exceptional. Given that the journey takes 2 hours round trip, I am not making this recommendation lightly
