I used 360 for a purchase of a new car. I contacted 360 via the website and then had a phone call. They sent me a quotation for the cost and an approximate delivery date, both of which I was happy with. There is no deposit to pay, just the signing of the contract to agree the purchase cost. I was contacted two weeks before delivery with advice for checking the vehicle on the day of the delivery and making payment for the vehicle. I personally found the whole think seamless and would am happy to recommend their services. I purchase a new vehicle every three years and expect to be returning in three years' time for my next vehicle. I would say the most important thing is to check the vehicle very carefully on arrival, I just did a quick check and on washing the vehicle the following day i found a couple of light scratches to the bonnet and offside pillar along with a stone chip to the paint work on the bumper. The scratches were easily removed, although the paint chip will require a paint technician to rectify this problem. Even with the above I still recommend the company as I doubt you will find a better deal elsewhere.
