December 24th Christmas eve 2012!! Disaster strikes for single mum & son when the soil pipe breaks & blocks causing the house to flood! Who ya gonna call? DRAIN DOCTOR! Joking apart the Drain Doctor team came out at VERY short notice to accurately diagnose the problem. They then came out DURING THE HOLIDAY WEEK to fix the problem which they did without promptly, professionally and without fuss. They then helped us with photo's/information/a report to make a successful insurance claim. I thank both Richard and his team for their efforts which saved everybody involved a lot of time trouble and effort without requiring to be 'Paid through the nose'. I cannot recommend them enough.
