I have had massages before but my experience on Friday left me in no doubt that I have never had "Body Work" before. Wow. This was an intensely moving experience, unlike anything else known to me previously. Tess took time to understand why i was there and then treated my body accordingly. I FEEL ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. As one of the other reviews said the whole atmosphere and decoration of the room is incredibly personal, unique and totally relaxing. It is like being welcomed home. I cannot recommend In Good Hands highly enough. Warm, genuine, hugley talented lovely people

Really needed a good massage for my aching back from sitting at work etc. Not only is Tessa the best masseuse, the fact she has a delightfully warm massage bed, beautiful aromas and music and artefacts from the around the world all around you make it the most relaxing experience ever. It's like stepping into somewhere else for an hour. Truly amazing

I visited this chilled, relaxing place in Frankwell Shrewsbury. I met warm and friendly staff who embrace everyone that visits with a great welcome. I was in desperate need of a good massage. My neck and shoulders were very stiff and tight. I have had many varieties of treatments over the years but this was the best so far. Tessa's hands worked fast and efficiently, the treatment lasted 30 minutes and she penetrated deep into my muscles. It was incredible. Can't wait to go back.
