We were recommended by a friend who had a similar job done and we, like her, were incredibly happy. Came out to give a quote promptly, communication was great and a quote came the same day. The job was done on the date agreed and in the timescale given.
Everyone involved was friendly, polite and hardworking and left everything clean and tidy.

I called Errol as one of several contractors to look at putting an oak floor in our house. This was not easy or straight forward as the house is 1840, the kitchen was added in 1989 and the extension has just been finished. None of the floors, except the extension, were level.
Working together we came up with a solution to avoid a step and installed a slope.
The fitters were at the house for a total of 3 days and they were skilled as well as friendly and courteous. I would have given them a perfect score, however, when they left there were three sacks of rubbish neatly lent against the wall

Was struggling to find a company that would be able to visit, advise and complete the full restoration of a very worn and damaged parquet flooring.
The flooring fitters came and were absolutely brilliant far exceeding my expectations and leaving a floor I can be proud to show off, it looks so good now it’s like a art piece…

We had a weeks deadline of moving home, Errol saw us within days, works began on our hardwood flooring on the Monday, and completed Wednesday by the guy who’s name I forget! Apologies! But his work was outstanding and I cannot praise his work enough.

After an initial, fuss free visit and quote from Errol, our work was carried out by Brian.
He was efficient, hard working, considerate (we were working from home, so he had to work around us) and considering he was working alone, got the job done to a great standard in a relatively short time.
He kept us informed of what he was up to and where necessary, involved us in decisions and confirming requirements.
A really nice bloke too. We were sad to see him go at the end of the job! 😂

I am amazed and pleased that such craftsmanship is alive and well in this world of imitation and tat. Errol and especially Martin were simply brilliant fitting a parquet floor in an old cottage with no square walls. Yet the result is fantastic. I can't recommend these guys enough, no mess and a beautiful job done really well.

The contractors were polite and undertook the job as discussed. They tried to keep the inevitable disruption to a minimum. I was given verbal instructions regarding length of time to dry etc.
After they had gone we became aware of some finishing-off issues around the edges of the floor. Once we notified the company they came out the next day to rectify the problems. Overall the floor now looks great.

We are so pleased with the work carried out by Martin, the floor looks beautiful. He was tidy, contentious and polite. We still have the hallway to be restored and will be going back to the Flooring Fitter.

They had provided a very fair quote for the job and also gave us some advice on how to deal with the damage after the flood.
