I cannot say enough about how grateful we are for the way in which 2 by 2 organised our holiday. Everything fell into place exactly as planned and our holiday probably ranks as one of the best ever. Loved every part of our 2by2 holiday, thank you. My comments are not a complaint but purely observations for you.
Met at the airport and delivered to Lawhill apartments (there were no maps or tourist information leaflets provided as per voucher) . It was a shame that the apartments booked by my brother and myself (with 2by2) were not in the same block closer to each other. The free bottled water is only provided on the day of arrival and not through out the stay.
Franschhoek Hotel was stunning, nothing could be faltered except it was a shame we couldn’t all be overlooking the bleautiful lake. We were provided with a free glass of sparkling wine overlooking the small lake in the sunshine when we arrived which was a very nice touch, pure heaven
Oudtshoorn hotel was also lovely and our rooms were quite pleasant although my brother again was in a different part of the hotel and quite far away . This hotel is a bit disorganised as they didn’t remember my booking for meerkats or stargazing and once I book them they got the times wrong for both. The meerkats were amazing but the stargazing was the big disappointment of the holiday. The man preferred to talk about himself and his life rather than the stars (Not good value). They also put all the meals and extras onto one bill (my brothers & mine) to save time!
Hermanus hotel was again amazing, the best of all. Brilliant location, lovely view and very comfortable hotel. They even allowed us to leave our suitcases downstairs and continue to use their facilities (swim & walk out back) in till approximately 1 PM when we had lunch beside the pool, very generous.
Although your itinerary photos don’t always look great, I have learnt from past holidays that my friends, family and I have done with 2by2 that all your hotels/apartments are of a high standard, wonderful locations and I trust your choices. Thank you..... until the next one ☝️

I would like to congratulate the staff at 2by2 Holidays, particularly Melissa Kirby for her tolerance and understanding with my many questions and queries. In short this
was one of the most rewarding trips I have ever done. I have fallen in love with South Africa and undoubtedly will return. I particularly enjoyed the high standard of hotels that were booked for us and had no issues or problems at any point of the tour.
The group as a whole were good company and it was satisfying to talk and listen to there views and comments about the trip and their past experiences when travelling.

I came across 2by2 when looking for safari holidays on the Internet and I'm so glad I did. I dealt mostly with Melissa but also with her colleagues and they were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful and put together an amazing package for my Mum, sister and I to Tanzania, for a safari in the Serengeti and a few days in Zanzibar - they made sure we were well informed about where we would be staying and what we would be doing and were there for us every step of the way including sorting out a room upgrade for my Mum who's in her 80s so she could have easy access to the beach from our accommodation in Zanzibar. Their price was extremely competitive and they did offer us a cheaper alternative going to the Masi Mara which they said would be a very similar experience but we decided against this for our own reasons. Altogether a great company to deal with and one I would recommend to anybody.

I highly appreciated the friendly, patient and helpful email contact I had with Claire and Rosie re: my trip, long before it began. Even on weekends, Claire would respond very promptly to any of my many queries regarding my safari/Zanzibar combo-booking.
During my entire trip, all went extremely well due to the excellent planning and organzation. I definitely got a top trip for a relatively reasonable price!
I also appreciated the flexibility I had, adding or changing my trip's itinerary with Claire.
She met me 1/2 way cost wise, when a plane fare was suddenly raised last minute -- super!

We have just returned from a holiday in Tanzania and Zanzibar arranged by 2 by 2. The organisation was excellent, every step of the way. The flights and connections were seamless and the safari was superb. Thank you for arranging such a fantastic holiday for us, we will be looking at you other tours, perhaps India next year!

Fantastic holiday Kenya on safari and diving in Mombasa.. First hotel Semtrim Boulevard not as nice as brochure little bit dated. Vehicle for safari was quite old and little bit uncomfortable but did the trick. Everything else was fantastic. Lodges, guides, staff, food and knowledge of staff was amazing. Loved this holiday this has been my best holiday of all time. Would fully recommend this trip to all of my friends and family.

Claire not only employs her extensive knowledge of South Africa to devise a great holiday for you, but she really listens to what you want and does her utmost to accommodate your personal preferences. She was also a tower of strength when last-minute changes were required to our plans, and absolutely everything on the trip ran just like clockwork. Our trip to India this November was brilliantly organised. India can be tough for those inexperienced in the sub-continent, but 2by2 made the whole trip a smooth and thoroughly enjoyable experience. From the moment we landed in Delhi right through to our final excursion to Varanasi, we were met by local representatives, guides and our own chauffeur!

What a fantastic holiday we enjoyed in South Africa and Mauritius thanks to the truly excellent services of Claire and the team at 2by2. Nothing was too much trouble and her tips and advice were invaluable. Melissa was absolutely fantastic, listening to what we wanted and planning a fantastic honeymoon for us.
Unfortunately, one of our flights was delayed and we missed our connecting flights in Amsterdam. We rang Melissa's mobile (it was about 10pm!) and she sorted everything out for us, from rearranging our missed safari day, transport and hotel.

It was by chance that we came across 2by2 holidays during a last minute holiday idea. We approached a number of providers who weren't interested and didn't want to help, and we were saved by Rosie! We aren't used to booking through travel providers so it was hard for me to be out of control for once. She was extremely patient throughout and ensured that we had a number of options to choose from. Even when we had a few hiccups whilst we were away (through no fault of 2by2), they were there with us every step of the way - even though it was late on a Friday afternoon, and we were also offered support out of hours. I can whole heartedly recommend 2by2 Holidays and would be happy to use them again!
