They arranged a wheelchair safari holiday to the Masai Mara in Kenya that was out of this world. I would happily recommend using them as they answered my questions promptly and also called to talk through different options. In case you are disabled I am a tetraplegic who took a carer with me so don't wonder if you can just go for it.

I was recommend to 2by2 holidays by a good friend. Their attention to detail, listening skills and understanding of our brief and budget was superb. They truly helped us to surpass some very high expectations that we all had. It’s been a dream of mine to go South Africa for my 50th and my daughters 18th birthday so the stakes were high. The budget was not overly generous so we had our work cut out, but we found such incredible places to stay to get the true experiences that both Cape Town and the Kruger Park had to offer and we can honestly say we loved every single minute of this trip and none of us wanted to come home. I have already recommend you to a friend.
The excursions were so informative, the winery tour were fantastic as were the views and the landscape, the drivers were just great and so knowledgeable and happy to give us history lessons on the way round and offer extra stops to see something we should not miss, every recommendation just was brilliant! I really mean it when I say everything was just perfect and my 50th and my daughter’s 18th will never be forgotten.
The Arethusa lodge with their incredible knowledge and amazing rangers, gorgeous happy smily staff really added the icing to the cake, we didn’t just see the big 5, we saw what they call the magnificent 7! This is so rare apparently but they just took opportunities to really gives over and above what we booked in for. What I also loved was whilst it offered luxury it was truly authentic and we felt so close to the animals - so much so 5 elephants came to drink from the plug pool. The Cape Cadgon Guest House in Cape Town too was just perfect, we will return there! Huge thanks to some incredible staff at 2by2 Holidays without your true knowledge base we would bit have achieved this most perfect holiday. Can’t wait for the next one! Thanks you for your time and patience in ensuring we got this the holiday to be a truly wonderful experience.

Booked a special holiday in Africa and Mauritius. Melissa was fantastic from start to finish and helped us put together a perfect holiday. Everything went to plan and all the accommodation we stayed in were spectacular, couldn't have asked for a better holiday. Will definitely use 2by2 holidays again when I'm booking my next faraway holiday.

Our holiday to India was going to be for a special occasion, so we had many things on our list of requirements. We were also wanting to travel across many miles to visit certain towns. 2by2 Holidays arranged guides for us at each destination and a driver for the duration of the holiday. We were even escorted to train stations ....and airports (for domestic flights). Everything was taken care of. It was very much a worry-free holiday. The hotels were also top notch, even the ones in the jungle. So if you want a private tour of India, I can highly recommend 2by2 Holidays. We also did a private tour of South Africa with 2by2 Holidays and that one was also brilliant.

The Trip planned for us from scratch, far exceeded all of our expectations.
From the drivers doing all our land transfers, being so courteous and always arriving to meet-us on time, to each and every holiday destination,and the hotels and their staff, being so welcoming and helpful during each different stay with them.
However, what was never (and could never be) imagined, nor anticipated, was our unique stay at the Private Game Lodge and Game Drives in the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve, going out twice a day, running adjacent to The Kruger National Park. A Once in a Lifetime, Never-to-be-Missed, and absolute Bucket List must.
Unbelievable doesn't ever get close to the experience of being, literally within feet, of all the "Big Five" animals - and more besides - and the knowledge, experience and friendliness of our Guide and our Tracker.

Had a fabulous safari in South Africa followed by a beach break in Mauritius. All of our connections and transfers ran very smoothly so that we enjoyed a totally hassle free holiday. Would definitely book with 2by2 Holidays again and thoroughly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic service provided by my agent 2by2 in booking a trip of a lifetime to South Africa. Flights and local arrangements all went smoothly without fault. Capri Town V&A Waterfront appartment, Asara Wine Estate hotel and Plettenberg resort were perfect finished off with Kuzuko Lodge safari with mind blowing game drives were all perfect. The best holiday ever!! Thank you 2 by 2. It was fabulous to receive such 5* service from creating our trip to then being on Holiday. We travelled around a bit during our holiday and pre booked tours via 2 by 2. Always a little early and never late our transfer taxis arrived and the service was impeccable. Polite and friendly and willing to offer information to ensure we had the best time ever. We have just returned from a wonderful holiday to South Africa (safari only) and Mauritius (beach), brilliantly organised by Melissa. The two safari lodges she recommended were both wonderful, though very different: one small-scale and rustic, the other slick and luxurious. Our accommodation in Mauritius, as recommended by Melissa, was a perfect fit for our family remit: lots to do for teenagers, but with good food and beautiful spaces to relax in for the grown-ups The itinerary worked out very well, with seamless transfers at every stage. Melissa at 2by2 organised a customised trip to South Africa at quite short notice which was fantastic and not only met our needs but also suggested some additional activities which we had not initially considered. The communication and customer service were excellent and the trip was well organised with the numerous transfers between destinations all well organised. The hotels were good and trips and safaris had excellent local guides. We had a memorable trip!

Once we knew we wanted to do a Safari, their expertise on everything from the countries to visit, the environment, logistics, and places and wildlife we wanted to see were exceptional. Nothing was too much of an issue for them. We were quite specific that we wanted an "off the wall" A-B destination adventure for our 20th wedding anniversary, with our 14 year old son. We did not want a "run of the mill" safari holiday. Melissa went out of her way to accommodate our ever changing requirements.
She listened to our need for adventure, and ideas, and provided us with a fantastic A-B adventure from Zimbabwe all the way to the Okavango Delta in Botswana. Taking in Victoria Falls, then canoing and camping with hippos on the banks of the Zambezi; River and driving Safari in Chobe National Park; beautiful Ngoma Lodge in Chobe, then began the off-road adventure through Botswana of 4 days/3 nights 5 star bush camping in Sivuti National Park; finished off with short flight to Okavango, staying at the very special Sanctuary Stanley's Tented camp in Okavango.
The organisation, accommodation and logistics of our trip was top notch, and completely seamless from start to finish. That is purely down to the professional partners that 2by2 used in both Zimbabwe and Botswana.
I would not hesitate to recommend 2by2 to anyone. Forget the "run of the mill" travel agents, with 2by2 no stone is left unturned to ensure your holiday is perfect in every way, and exactly as you want it, with seamless, professional service all the way. They fully deserve 5 stars and more.

The trip overall was very good. We went on a trip to Tanzania which consisted of 3 days on a Safari, 7 days at a beach resort in Zanzibar, and 2 nights in Stone Town in Zanzibar. The safari portion of the trip was outstanding, the accommodations, food, service, and time spent in the bush were all well beyond our expectations. The time in Stone Town was ok, but we would have rather cut the time short than spend the last two days there. The town is pretty run down and there isn't much to do. The beach at the resort was beautiful and the water was perfect, it was lovely to sit and relax on the beach. The rooms at the resort (Diamonds Mapenzi) left something to be desired, however, In our 7 day stay, we had to contact maintenance on 5 of the days to deal with the following problems: broken A/C, broken sink, shower not draining, no water pressure in the room. Additionally, the beds and the rooms themselves were pretty bare-boned and were not the most luxurious or comfortable. We would not recommend staying at Diamonds Mapenzi to our friends and family.
Finally, the overall logistics of the trip were relatively smooth, although there were a few glitches. The night we arrived in Dar es Salaam, the hotel did not have our reservation on hand and we were forced to wait for a while to get our room. The next day we were supposed to travel to the safari, but they also did not have our reservation on record. We were again delayed, with the staff at the hotel in Dar es Salaam being very vague about the situation, and we almost missed our flight to the safari resort as a result. Finally, the transfer from the domestic airport to the international airport never showed up on our journey home, so we were forced to pay an additional fare to a taxi driver after waiting for the shuttle that never arrived.
Overall, it was a good experience!

We've just returned from a fabulous 23 day bespoke tour of Peru and Brazil organised by 2by2 Holidays. This was our second holiday with 2by2 and I cannot fault a single thing. Superb personal service: they were only too happy to revise our trip to Peru and the Galapagos through several re-iterations until we came to a programme that met our requirements exactly. Their choice of the local agents to handle everything in South America was evidently very good also, as we were looked after very well without any hitches in the arrangements. Met at all the transport transfers, and personable, knowledgeable personal guides to take us round, what more could one want?
