Having seen previous projects by Binney & Sims i knew this is who i needed to speak to, Katie has a flair for getting the best out of any project. Katie has designed individual new build houses to larger scale developments and has an eye for knowing how the accommodation should flow for the lifestyle of the intended occupier. I would highly recommend Katie and her team to anyone!

I had Binney and Sims draw up my drawings for my two storey extension. I would definitely recommend them to carry out any drawings that you may need! They are extremely helpful and got things moving quickly! Extremely happy with the service they provided and would definitely recommend them!

We were very happy with the new kitchen-diner layout Katie has worked on for us, helpful and speedy service. Katie also facilitated our meeting with a suitable builder and kitchen supplier and continues to answers any ongoing queries where needed.

Katie & the team were brilliant when we needed to check to see if some walls in our house were load bearing before they were removed, she came back a number of times and put us in touch with the builders who went on to actually do the work. Excellent service and have now recommended to other friends.

From the moment we first me Katie we knew we were going to be able to achieve out dreams. A few iterations later and we've got a fantastic set of plans with permission granted to refresh our dated extensions and create a fresh modern living space. Hopefully this summer the building will commence!

We would absolutely recommend Binney and Sims. I contacted them approximately a year ago as we were thinking about redesigning the layout of the top floor of our house. Katie came to see us and gave us some great ideas but also advised us that we didn't need planning permission for the work we wanted to do. The interior space in our home wasn't really working for us and we wanted to make some improvements but weren't sure where to start. Katie gave us some great ideas and really took the time to understand what we wanted. We came across some issues in planning and the council were a nightmare but the team in the office worked so hard to get us what we wanted and always kept us up to date. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We’ve used Binney and Sims ltd after our planning application was rejected using another architect. We were impressed by Katie’s problem solving skills, her eye to detail and her professionalism. She overcame the issues we had with the neighbours and we are very pleased that our 2 storey extension plans have been approved. Once we had approved the final design there was clear communication and updates on the progress of the planning application. Planning was granted first time, testament to the great design which was sympathetic to the local area and still gave us what we needed.
