It was nice to view a house where we were not rushed. Vicky was lovely, very professional and answered all our questions.

Can recomend Giggs & Co 100% to purchase a property through and if I ever move again I will definitely be using them as my selling agent.

I cannot recommend Giggs highly enough. From Oli's first visit when he valued my property (it was more than I was expecting and that price was achieved!), to Ashley who made the sale within 24 hours and to all the people I dealt with in the office subsequently; they kept me informed of progress and assisted whenever they could. Excellent job.

After much deliberation we went with Giggs for our house sale. They have been great from the start. Dan was quick with getting back to us after the viewings and everyone we have dealt with has been polite and helpful at all times. We would highly recommend. Having now exchanged, the service that Sophie has provided has been second to none, she has kept us informed at all times and been great at liaising with all concerned. It took a lot of stress out of the process.

Have just exchanged contracts on a purchase through Giggs. A special mention to Vicky the estate agent who showed us round the property and kept us informed and was lovely to liase with. Sophie also kept us up to date with all progress throughout the purchase, and constantly chased the sellers and solicitors whenever needed - it took a while for everything to happen and I genuinely don't think we would have kept our offer if it wasn't for Sophie regular updates and assistance with everything. Responses from everyone at Giggs were always super quick so thank you.

We used Giggs and Company to sell and buy our new property in 2020. The whole experience was surprisingly stress free (almost!) Our agent Dan Clarke was always at the end of the phone when we needed him. Everything ran smoothly and everyone we dealt with at Giggs was professional and friendly. Dan Clarke gave me and my fiancée so much help in finding our first property! He was very professional without being to formal which made us feel very comfortable straight away, he held our hand through the whole process and responded to all of our queries right away. Giggs were used by my seller, but they went above and beyond to support me , as the buyer. I will definitely consider using Giggs myself, when I need an estate agent next. From the initial and follow up viewings, to support with the whole sale and correspondence with my solicitors, everyone in the team were friendly, professional, and extremely thorough in ensuring everything was managed smoothly.

Ollie came out twice to value our property over the last 12 months, and both times was professional, friendly and helpful. Despite selling our house privately, Ollie has been super attentive in offering advice, guidance and most importantly keeping us at the forefront of his mind when houses which we would be interested in have come to market. My mother has just won her offer to buy a house here in St Neots with the help of this local company Giggs & co. We would like to mention that this was all made possible by agent Dan Clarke who was helpful and efficient on my mother’s journey to finding happiness in a new home. From the very beginning showing us around the first property we viewed, Dan took the time to listen and understood my mother’s thoughts and feelings with regards to what she wanted in a new home. Within the first day after her first viewing of a property, Dan went above and beyond our expectations by allowing my mother to view a further two properties unscheduled without rushing and answering every question she had honestly and adequately. In the end only a few days later Dan had found the perfect house for my mother which he even came to show her on his day off which in our opinion shows a true dedication in helping people! My mother is now in the process of her house purchase within just days of starting her house hunt, and although it was quick - she didn’t feel pressured at any point along the way.
