We put our house up for sale through Giggs and Company and was very impressed with the professional and quality of service provided. Once we had a valuation conducted, the process in getting the house on the market was conducted in a professional and timely manner, with excellent communications and customer liaison provided. The brochure put together with the video tour were generated to a very high standard, which gave potential buyers a great insight to the property. Giggs & Company have a great team of professionals, I would highly recommend them.

We brought and sold with giggs. Brought with india in st neots. Was warm and welcoming and couldnt do enough to help. Unlike some estate agents she wasnt just looking for a quick sale, she made sure we found our perfect home and the best deal for all parties!
Sold my home through garth in Bedford complete professional and house fell through due to no fault of theres he was on the ball to make sure that it was back on the market and lots of interest again.

Having dealt with giggs for the 2nd time I once again can’t fault anything at all. From the get go we were kept upto date on anything that happened and when things seemed to slow down through no fault of their own they were on it and got things moving again.

We have recently both purchased a property and sold a property with Giggs & Co and despite some initial buyer issues, everything has been smooth since the initial enquiry.
From answering what must be very simple daft questions, to giving us regular and timely updates, the team have been great, especially Vicky who has always been on the end of the phone when needed.

India was absolutely amazing showing us round the property and was extremely professional and friendly! India even accommodated for us to come round after our offer had been accepted to measure up for certain things.
Throughout the whole process Giggs helped chase down our sale and sent regular ‘chasers’ to the agent we were selling our old property through. Sophie provided us with meaningful prompt updates and was very helpful!
