This is the fourth time I have used Premier Plus f9r mortgage related help and I cannot fault them. Roxy in particular has gone above and beyond to help me. Premier Plus helped us get a mortgage even with our complicated and troubled financial history, they were extremely helpful all the way through the process, not once did any problem seem too big for them and they were willing to go the extra mile to help you. At no point did I feel like I was just one of many customers, you feel as you are treated more like family. Michal was amazing, helping us with all our questions, keeping an open line of communication, when times were looking bleak, he still managed to get results and kept pushing us forward, and he is just generally a great guy with good advice and deep knowledge. I'd also like to praise the other Staff members I dealt with, Clare was very helpful with all our questions and was always quick at replying to our emails, which made the whole process so much less stressful.

Both Jim and Sarah have been absolutely fantastic. Without Jim we wouldn't have a mortgage. He has gone above and beyond and even now still try to secure the latest best rate for us from the lender . Sarah always keep us informed. For example on 23 Oct, she wrote “a copy of your Lower Rate mortgage offer which has been produced today” Very professional very helpful Highly recommend Jim & Sarah to anyone!! We have made the recommendations to our colleague and friends who did get their mortgages by the hard work from Jim & Sarah.
