We are first time buyers and we have been working with Carl Homes to secure a mortgage. At the start of our search we felt completely overwhelmed and pretty confused, but Carl took the time to meet with us remotely and talk us through all of our options. Fantastic. Went to Premier Plus with a crisis in regard to a mortgage that we were let down with upon having an offer accepted on a house. With a very volitile mortgage market they were able to find us a totally new mortgage that worked for us incredibily quickly, that kept us going with the process of moving home. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we have used Premier Plus for Mortgages, and both times it has been stress free and we will not think twice about returning again once the Mortgage deal expires.

I am so pleased we were recommended Premier Plus by our estate agents, I cannot fault their professional, practical and friendly service. My partner and I were first time buyers with absolutely no clue with where to begin. With so many websites offering advice on mortgage offers, insurance etc it was an absolute minefield. We were recommended Premier Plus by our estate agents at Country Properties and after looking up reviews, decided to give them a call. Premier Plus weren't the first mortgage advisors we reached out to but after a first conversation with Jim, they were the last. Jim and Helen looked after and advised us right up to keys in hand. They are incredibly personable, professional and made the process as stress-free as possible, answering any queries (no matter how seemingly silly) we had.
