I have used Premier Plus Ltd for my last two property purchases. I have been speaking to Michal on both occasions and I can’t recommend him and his team enough. Michal was very quick to respond to any query that I had, I remember he provided me a mortgage in principle within 24 hours of me requesting one. I have also been speaking to Clare and Roxy who have been terrific when liaising with the bank. My mortgage was approved in 3 weeks which was terrific given the current situation we are in. I will surely be using Premier Plus Ltd again and I have already referred my friends to them. Thank you again team for the excellent response and turnaround.

I was recommended Premier Plus and they really do live up to their name. Premier service by professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Mark has looked after us for the last couple of years and what I like about him is he dots all the i's - he insures all the details are correct and keeps in regular touch keeping us updated through all the stages of re-mortgaging. I cannot recommend him and Premier Plus enough for all their hard work and courteous customer service - what more could you want!

Communication with Premier Plus was great from start to finish while they found us a mortgage. We dealt with Carl Homes who gave really straightforward very easy to understand advice. It makes a difference having warm and friendly people to deal with at what can be a very stressful point in life. The guys were able to maintain the same standard of excellent communication and advice throughout lockdown - making sure they were always at the end of the phone.

If you need financial advisors these are definitely the people you want to trust to help you. Premier Plus totally went above and beyond with superb help, advice and efficiency - Michal Mikula was brilliant at finding the best financial product for me and practical solutions (working from home, no scanner? Michal still found a way for me to submit documents!) and Clare Vaudin was even working on Easter Day morning! To be as efficient as Clare is was impressive in itself - but during lockdown? That's a tough ask. At all times they and their colleagues back at HQ were always friendly and helpful. Amazing. Thank you, Michal and Clare especially - but also to everyone at Premier Plus for being so brilliant. They deserve to win Business of the Year Awards.

The staff have been excellent from the beginning of mortgage application process. I really appreciate the time they have spent answering loads of questions from mortgage lender and providing them with documents that were requested. Carl couldn't have been more helpful, my circumstances to get a mortgage being an expat and working overseas was very challenging. However this company pulled out every stop for me and managed to get me one. Which I didn't think would be possible.

I first got in touch with team following a recommendation by an ex colleague. I was looking for a remortgage after having a divorce but carrying marital debts was putting me out of reach of banks, etc... The moment I got in touch with the company (Estelle initially and then Mikealla) I felt they would do everything they could to help find me a mortgage and they did. The mortage company were using a free solicitor and this caused a lot of toing and froing as they weren't very informative along the way and caused long delays, but Premier Plus kept on top of them and any questions I had were addressed straight awayand, if required, Premier Plus were calling them daily. I can't fault their service at all, they are kind, understanding and a very friendly team and as far as I am concerned went above and beyond for me. I will be forever grateful. Alongside the remortgage I was offered help with life insurance and they checked my current policy and found me the best policy out there for me. Helen was a great help on this also. I totaly trusted their advice and guidance.
