Took my car for a full service. Friendly helpful staff, no hidden extras, and it was a reasonable price too. Clear and honest communication without trying to be over technical or patronising. Reasonable covid-19 precautions including post service sanitising of interior. Overall great experience and will definitely use again.

Brilliant service, very professional and friendly. We have been going to Tackwood for a couple of years. Recently took our 2 cars (Juke & Honda) in for their MOTs and they managed to fit them in and turn them around in a few hours. Thanks

I have used Tackwood for a number of years, and have never been disappointed with the service I receive from them. About a week ago, I contacted them, and explained that my M O T was due, but unfortunately I am unable to drive at the moment, because I recently broke my leg. They arranged to collect my car, do the M O T, take payment over the phone, and drop it back at my home. I think that sort of service is second to none. Thank you all at Tackwood, I appreciated what you did, very much.

Last minute M.O.T needed and Tackwoods couldn’t have been more helpful, next day booked in, was honest and knowledgeable about the small issues that needed sorting out to get through the test a genuine care was given. I rarely leave reviews but when service and business is at its best I’m happy to. Highly recommend.

My car needed an MOT, and was most definitely not in a good way... They booked the car in with no trouble, when the car was MOT'd the communication and updates were brilliant, and despite just the amount of work required on the car they were still able to offer to complete the work in just a day! As well as this it was done at a really reasonable price, they were considerate of my budget and helped reduce the cost of the repairs where they could. Really helpful all round!
