Dean just returned to give our new boiler it's first year service. It was great to have him visit again a year from fitting our new bathroom / toilet and the boiler. His customer service is excellent and I feel completely confident in entrusting him with any jobs we need doing in the future around the house. Any quote you get from Dean will be the complete price you pay so once the job is started you can relax knowing the job will be completed to the highest standards at the agreed price. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
Dean has created an amazing bathroom and separate toilet in our home, absolutely to the specification we wanted. He is a perfectionist and every part of the job was done with expertise and care. He also fitted our new boiler and changed the location, also giving us peace of mind that he will come back and service it each year so we don't get caught out in the colder months. Finally we were let down last minute by another builder who was due to do some other work for us, and within an hour Dean had made some calls and the work was rearranged to be done the next day, earlier than we expected at the same price we had been quoted. We were really happy to have him and his team in our home as they treated it with care and respect despite it effectively being a building site for a bit,and would happily recommend him for all aspects of home improvements.
