I can't rate this service as after waiting over a week for an appointment, it was then cancelled 30 minutes before. Was offered something well into next week and was told that cancelled appointments are an ongoing issue for them. That doesn't really help me though, does it. Do they only have the one physio? The rating I can give is for the pre-service quality, which in this case is poor, although very apologetic (hence 2 stars not one!)
