Joe and the team made three holes in a brick wall to install a Juliet balcony and two kitchen windows. The holes were made while the breeze block was still in place keeping the house clean and physically intact. The new brickwork was blended in extremely well so the new windows look like they have been there for ever. The house was hoovered and cleaned with an enthusiasm I rarely muster and the team, including the scaffolders, managed to respect the garden and flower beds ensuring no damage was done.
Phill has been very attentive to our needs, listening to our hair brained ideas and nudging us very gently to toward reality for our loft conversion.
