Thank you so much for looking after us since we first met back in 2013 Mark Hayward, you genuinely are a true Mercedes Master Techncian! Yet again, top job my good man! As well my annual service/oil & filter change (regardless of mileage) in the last few days, my beloved 1999 C230 Kompressor (turning 21 in September, with 99100 miles since leaving the factory) was treated to new engine & supercharger belts, a transmission fluid change, new fuel filter AND a new blower motor & resistor for my climate control. Yeah, it still cost a few quid, but I now have a BIG SMILE on my face 😁 She’s like a new car again! She feels smoother and faster than ever before! Seriously Mercedes onwers/readers of this review, if you're looking for top class service at a reasonable price (to have had all this done at a dealership would've meant selling a kidney), look no further than ACMS Mercedes. I won't take my old girl anywhere else.

The only Independent Mercedes garage/workshop in the UK that I trust to service, maintain and repair my 1999 C230 Kompressor. Mark & his team seriously know their stuff and deliver a superior service at an incredibly fair price. I've been bringing my car (driving from Stafford and returning by train) to Mark since 2013 when I inherited her.

My almost 18 year old C230 Kompressor has just sailed thru her MOT with zero advisories (yet again) all due to Mark and his team. He really does know his stuff and does a fantastic job for a very fair price! I would urge anyone with a Mercedes, old or new to take their vehicle to Mark. Fantastic service and great people too!!

Really pleased with the service I have received from Mark and the team at ACMS Mercedes Ltd over the last couple of months since I inherited an 15 year old C230 Kompressor with incredibly low mileage . After catching sight of some recommendations on a Mercedes Benz enthusiast forum, I decided to give him call. Before booking my car in, I was invited down to have a look round facility and was very impressed. Mark and his team clearly have a wealth of experience with Mercedes Benz vehicles and he charges a fair price and does a great job with impeccable attention to detail. One of the jobs I needed doing required some very expensive parts (Xenon Controllers) which Mark suggested I purchase directly and have sent to him to avoid paying the VAT twice. I would definitely recommend ACMS to anyone looking for an alternative option to Main Dealer Service departments.
