They were very helpful and friendly. When we asked a particular question, the response was "no one's ever asked that before", but Heather still took the trouble to investigate and answer the question. They were very prompt with their responses. We had issues with other parties that meant the purchase took longer than it should have, but AMG checked in with us regularly to see if they could assist in any way.
