I really enjoy and look forward to the yoga sessions with The Wellbeing and Wellness coach. I swap between foundation yoga and Yin yoga.
I’ve been doing Susan’s foundation yoga classes for a couple of months now, I’m really enjoying it. I had a broken bone in my ankle earlier in the year and Susan has helped with my recovery and strengthening my ankle. I have also tried the Yin yoga which I also enjoyed. Because it’s on zoom you can do it in your pj’s I would highly recommend Susan’s classes.
