I used ABC Cleaning Services for the first time couple of days ago and was delighted. James is a very pleasant gentleman. I asked ABC cleaning services to come and clean my sofa. The man came. The sofa is now clean. We are delighted. The man (Jimmy) was also really jolly, friendly, and responsive. Hard recommend!

When speaking to Jim he advised me on the phone that harsh stains may not come out, having two young children we had all sorts on our carpet from makeup to dried up medicine. Jim had a look at all the stains and advised they may not come out, gave me the option to cancel without any charge. As I didn't expect a brand new carpet I instructed Jim to continue, to my surprise Jim managed to work out all the stains. Very pleasant man, trustworthy and reliable. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend this company. Had a very positive experience with Jimmy. He is a very friendly and honest person who is professional, efficient and effective. Very flexible and reasonable too. My carpets haven’t looked cleaner and more vibrant - they look brand new! A very satisfied customer. He managed to please my mum too who is a very fussy person and a perfectionist.
