Fabulous service from Jim from start to finish - initial great quote & follow up text today to check how it had all dried.
My sofa chair arm was grim (night time nibbler!) and is now pristine.

James arrived early, he was so friendly, and made me feel comfortable, he was speedy and respectful and I cannot fault one thing about the service I received. You can see the before and after in the first picture! He did an amazing job! And I will definitely be hiring him again!
