Exceptional Staff, Exceptional Service!!!
Our Sale has been extremely challenging and throughout Charlotte was there for us 24/7 to assist and advise. I could not recommend this amazing lady highly enough. The Professionalism of Charlotte and the team was incredible and we shall be forever grateful to them and shall recommend without hesitation every time!

I would thoroughly recommend Emma at Edwards and Gray. We sold quickly due to her connections and personal service. Nothing was too much trouble and always happy to help right though until we completed. We shopped around for the best estate agent and definitely made the right choice

Emma Gough has been utterly amazing. During a tricky time with the housing market Emma has gone above and beyond in keeping the viewings coming until we had that sold sign. Emma was always available and could answer any question thrown at her. Without a second thought we would recommend Emma and Edwards and Gray to our family and friends.

Edwards and Gray are the best estate agents in the area without a doubt. From the very first time we asked Emma to value our house i knew without question that we would use them. The comprehensive description of our house, the floorplan (which some agents dont even do), the photos and excellent video portrayed our house beautifully. Emma would always answer texts, phone calls and emails, and kept us fully updated throughout, and our sale wasn't straightforward. I found Emma to be friendly, reliable, incredibly helpful and would recommend Edwards and Gray 100%. They aren't what you expect from an average estate agent and will go above and beyond to get your house sold as smoothly as possible. I wouldn't even consider using anybody else.

I viewed a few properties with Charlotte and as a first time buyer and she was amazing! Charlotte and the team at Edwards & Gray did a fantastic job selling my home. The house was only on the market for a couple of weeks and they kept me updated at every step of the process. Before choosing an estate agent I walked round my estate seeing which houses were selling fast...Edwards & Gray were always selling their properties really quickly. Recommended

My first conversation with Alex was coming up 2 years ago when we were unsure whether to go to market or wait, in the end we decided to wait but it was over the next 12-15 months that Alex showed why he should be the agent to sell our house. Every other agent I had out to value just left me to it, but Alex kept in touch - not in a hard selling way, but to offer market advice of when would be the best time to launch. The reason I chose him was because I kept thinking ‘I f he was doing this to someone who hadn’t even committed to them, what would he be like when he was actually selling my house!’
Fast forward to listing and I couldn’t fault him. Not only was the marketing exceptional, at our request viewings were held over 2 evenings and the following Tuesday we had a list of offers, all over asking price - we accepted one which was roughly 10% over. Our sale wasn’t the smoothest with there being 6 properties in the chain, but Alex kept it together and kept me sane when it looked to be collapsing.
I couldn’t praise Alex and the team enough for this and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to anyone who is looking to sell their property.

As a first-time home buyer in the UK, I had done some research beforehand but was really grateful for Charlotte@Edwards and Gray Estate agents! The process went so smoothly and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the process and was a great resource. Emma was excellent in all respects. I needed to sell my Mom's house to pay for her care home fees, unfortunately this was not straightforward due to the property suffering a subsidence issue in 2018. I had to prove the property was now stable, Emma recommended a structural engineer who completed a full structural report for the buyers lender who was then satisfied the property was sound. Overall this difficult sale took around nine months to complete and Emma stuck with it all the way. Emma kept me updated with all aspects of this sale and I highly recommend Edwards and Grey Estate Agents.
