I had the pleasure of dealing with Charlotte who rented my property and then Sammy who sold it for me. They were both extremely available, honest and punctual. We had a difficult sale with a few false starts but Sammy worked tirelessly to get us a buyer and get it over the line. Being on the other side of the world was also a challenge but Sammy was always prompt with information and we couldn’t be happier with how it panned out. Thanks so much ladies! Alex was recommended by a family friend, so I had high expectations and he truly lived up to them all. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly from the get-go!

From first conversation to final completion, Alex was professional, friendly and proactive in getting our property sold. There were a few hiccups along the way, outside of his or our remit, but he tackled each situation with determination and true professionalism. Our experience of Edwards & Gray has been faultless! As first time buyers a lot of people tell you about the stress of buying a home and all the challenges associated but thanks to Emma and the team, our journey has been wholly positive.
Emma's responsiveness, warmth and reassuring presence made the whole process much less stressful! She was always on hand to answer any questions or concerns and it always felt like she really cared, not only about the sellers interests but also ours.
She was able to provide recommendations for Conveyancers who were equally as reliable and responsive which again made things a lot easier. Even when Emma was on a well earned break, Charlotte and Evie were able to provide detailed updates and information which allowed for a smoother exchange process. We will definitely use Edwards & Gray if/when we come to sell!

Emma was brilliant from start to finish, gave great advice and kept us well informed. Emma even recommended a mortgage broker and conveyancer who were both excellent too, making the whole process (on our side) seamless.
Friendly and approachable while maintaining professionalism at all times, you get the personal touch with Edwards and Gray that other estate agents are lacking (I know this from past experience).
I would definitely recommend Edwards & Gray to anyone and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else if we were to move again in the future.

Can’t fault Emma, she kept in regular contact with us all the time, she takes ownership for her clients and makes sure the process goes as smoothly as possible. Emma is very approachable and very passionate to get things done for her customers.

We had a fantastic experience buying our property with Luke. I have never come across such a friendly, helpful and professional estate agent. He was always contactable and replied to any queries very quickly, he worked hard to progress the purchase whenever needed and was extremely knowledgeable about every step of the process. I was very happy with the whole experience from listing the property to communication about viewings and offers. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and this is by far the best company. Charlotte was our nominated agent and I can't praised her enough. She was very supportive, friendly, professional, approachable, punctual, always answered any enquires promptly. She was also very pro-active, at times acting as a catalyst to speed the whole process when the solicitors were not pulling their weight. She made the whole process of buying a house so stress free. As soon as we viewed our property we fell in love and felt comfortable enough to make an offer on the spot with Emma. Luckily the vendor accepted the offer and then we began the race to get the property over the line before the end of the stamp duty deadline.
As we are first time buyers we really didn’t know what to expect or what we were doing but Emma was amazing at chasing all parties to ensure that things moved as quick as they could!
We luckily completed just in the nick of time and this is down to a big chunk of Emma’s support :)
