An amazing organisation that covers a very wide range of services that people from all walks of life may need to access at various times of life. All the services are delivered by staff who genuinely care about others and the standard of support is very high. The mentors and counsellors are fully trained to a very high standard and are constantly encouraged to continue with their personal development.

I took a course on Safeguarding delivered by Beth Thomas. I thoroughly enjoyed it and found it very useful in my role as a school governor. Beth was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions thrown at her fully and accurately. The subject was quite tough in places but she dealt with it sympathetically. I was so impressed that I have booked another course at the end of January.

My child has benefitted from this amazing service and I am now trained in Mentoring practice. What is exceptional about Our Place is the time, support and continued professional training that is placed into the Mentors. The ethos is strong and builds relationships through sharing skills. Our Place encourages the care and support of the child being paramount. Being a champion for a child/ young person.
