I have used the Hub to access various services and have always found the staff to be extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Hub Manager Kelly and mentor co ordinator Beth are particularly welcoming and helpful.

I visited the hub for the first time as I was invited to attend a Captain Tortue French Fashion evening. The Hub is a fantastic venue for such events due to its central location in town and its spacious, clean and equipped meeting rooms. I would recommend the hub for hosting events and for contributing to the growth of local business in doing so.

My colleague Mike Doherty and I have been renting a room in Our Place Community Hub for our project, IAG Job Club, for the past three years. It is a most welcoming and friendly atmosphere in which to operate, an atmosphere created by Kelly Round, the Centre Manager (and founder). Very centrally situated just a hundred yards up from the Gracechurch Centre, our unemployed clients find us easy to access, with numerous buses almost passing the door and a car park close by. We have found Kelly to be extremely supportive in a multitude of ways, from the framing of our constitution to avenues for funding. We could not be happier with our situation at the Hub.

We hire rooms from Our Place for interviews and staff training sessions. They are well equipped (projector, sound, varying room layouts etc,) really convenient for our staff who are based all over the city, competitively priced and the staff always make you feel really welcome. We have used it for a number of years and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service that Kelly and her team offer! The sports activities that they run in local schools are a great way to get children and adults more active. The Super coaches have made a massive impact on children lives in Sutton Coldfield.

The team at Our Place Community Hub do some sterling work in the local community. From Job Club to mentoring local school children, they really do make a difference. They are centrally located and even have meeting space to use at a very reasonable cost.Highly recommended!
