I was incredibly impressed with the service received from this firm. I thought I was going to lose the house I was buying due to some technicalities, but luckily, Mr Kasujee was able to take control of the situation and complete the conveyancing by the deadline given to us by the previous owner. I highly recommend Pickford Solicitors. Jas and his team represented us when selling our day nursery and were amazing throughout the process. When we faced challenges ( which is inevitable when selling a business and building), Jas remained calm and positive and worked through whatever was needed to be done. Overall we had excellent service from Pickfords, particularly in the final weeks of our sale and purchase. Harjinder always responded to emails promptly and we were really pleased to have completed our purchase relatively quickly. The only downside was the slow communication at the beginning of our purchase, particularly through the app as we didn’t understand all that needed from us. An overall very positive experience and we would definitely recommend.

I was given their name by the estate agent that was dealing with our property sale. It was a very good choice. From the word go they were professional, we had face to face meetings, we were able to pop in without an appointment and never made to feel a nuisance. If we needed to email they were answered straight away , the lady we were dealing with was Daljit Sunar she was lovely, as pensioners, she was patient and always ready to explain everything fully.
