Following a site visit by Alex & further to a discussion regarding our requirement for a single storey side extension to which Alex contributed many useful ideas, he prepared plans & submitted them successfully for planning approval. This proved a stress free procedure for us. The plans & instructions provided for the build were clear & concise, & during the build we only needed to contact Alex once for clarification on a simple matter.
