Having never had a Private Healthcare policy before meeting Vicki and her team, I had no idea how to understand the different types of cover available or how to compare effectively all of the various providers and the types of cover that they offer. Vicki was beyond helpful, she helped me to narrow my initial broad search by assisting me to understand what is important to me and my family, and from here she helped me navigate my way through the PMI market until I was fully satisfied with the provider and the type of cover. Vicki found me great deals too which offered exceptional value for money. To say I was extremely fussy in my search was an understatement! But Vicki would reply day and night, even out of the usual "core" working hours, she would reply immediately. She made easy work of what would have taken me months of fussing over! She was so patience too, as I couldn't make my mind up and at times spent ages thinking about all of the information she happily sent me, but not once did she pressure me or try to "sell" anything to me. It was pure professionalism and exceptional knowledge of the PMI market that I received instead. Vicki is such a friendly, professional and exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable lady, a great find and asset to the PMI arena and I am so pleased I found Vicki and her team, I can not recommend them highly enough, a fantastic service, always there to help.
