Do I love Somerset Media Solutions? Absolutely. I have total peace of mind knowing that they are there. All my hardware and software problems have always been effectively sorted as and when they have occurred. Nothing baffles them and a solution always found. Even a suggestion of a Chrome Caster fitted to TV enables me to play back missed programmes on the TV... Every effort has been made to make things easier for me...means a lot.

Totally professional, kept me updated every step of the way when I brought in my old PS3 which is nothing more than excellent service! They really go above and beyond for their customers and were totally honest and upfront about any issue they came across and with what to do next. Somerset media solution is an amazing place. A small, local business which strives to help people whatever their needs. I always go there as they are reasonable and really helpful-particularly Will Smith! They are really friendly and have an adorable dog Marley who is well behaved and a wonderful addition to the team. They are willing to help with a range of needs, for example fixing laptops and providing training for elderly users. They also offer a lot of advice for free. I can't recommend this place enough!!

Where to start?! SMS was really helpful when it came to dealing with my computer and the issues surrounding it, even when they were busy dealing with others they still had time to answer my questions and I left feeling at ease knowing that my computer was in safe, professional hands.
The customer service is fantastic, with someone being close to a phone at all times, and they are always prompt with updates regarding the issues you have. I never once had to call asking for an update on the situation. The pricing is very competitive and reasonable. I think you would be hard pushed to find somewhere that offers prices like these and have the same level of professionalism.
Overall SMS is a business that I know that, whatever problems I have or questions I would like to ask, I know that there will be a helpful member of staff on the other end willing and able to help.
