As a volunteer, with disabilities the staff have supported me, by helping me with social skills, to talk to customers, computer skills, even there to help me integrate into a college setting, the staff are so kind and helpful, wouldn't go anywhere else for my computing needs.

My laptop, which I use every day for work, was getting so slow that it was becoming unusable. After some diagnostics, Will installed a new solid-state drive and my trusted machine is now lightning fast and a pleasure to use. Fantastic advice and service from a friendly and efficient team.

So far a great experience with SMS. Being of the older generation I needed someone with patience to talk me through my new laptop workings. Tyler did a spot on job and it's great to know he's near at hand should I encounter problems. He also did a good job in finding me the right laptop, not the most expensive.
