I have a rare disease which attacks my muscles and have been going to Caroline’s Dance Fitness and Pilates classes for just over a year. I can honestly say they have been a game changer and have helped improve my over fitness. As long as Caroline runs these classes I shall be going. Caroline’s classes are suitable for any age and fitness as she can give a range of Pilates moves depending of your level of fitness. The dance classes are a real blast, all types of music played and you can really get to shake those hips. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend either classes.
