Dan and his crew gave brilliant service and were very knowledgeable, professional and obliging with every query and question. They gave honest reliable service. We contacted Below Ground Solutions on a Monday evening. The business had closed so I left a message. Dan called me straight back - incredible service. On the phone Dan couldn’t have been more helpful. He listened to my questions and booked an appointment to come and see me the next day! He was so professional, honest and polite. He carried out our survey and issued a full report sorting all of our issues. If you need any drainage work done or any drainage questions answered don’t go to anyone else - this company is first class. Their experience, knowledge and quality is second to none! There are plenty of cowboy traders out there, always trying to catch people out but this company is so professional they deserve to get everyone’s business.
