We are really pleased with the improvements, they’ve made a huge difference and it was great to show Sal yesterday when he visited to quote for further improvements. Sal as you know was our initial visitor from R&R so it was good he could see his design work completed in person. Sal has great patience and has been really helpful with design ideas etc
We came to R&R because of previous work carried out at our home and also our in laws and we have not been disappointed. Everyone in the team have been great.We look forward to hearing from Sal again soon and hope we can do business with R&R again in the near future.

Had kitchen extended into the garage, the kitchen and utility room refurbished, new floor (damp proofing and raised, walls and ceiling) new floor and wall tiling throughout, new windows, radiators and electrics

R&R were a pleasure to work with from start from finish. From Sal in sales, who was prompt and helpful with his design advise and product recommendations, to the fitting team who did an excellent job knocking our bathroom and ensuite together to create a new 'wow factor' bathroom as well as replace our hot water tank. The finish was tidy and clean, work finished on time and the team were quick to rectify any (minor) issues. All in all, very satisfied.

They have just finished our kitchen and now we plan to use them for our cloakroom and ensuite. Everything went to plan, the right people turned up each day and the job was finished on time and as expected. No surprises or delays. The quality of workmanship is excellent and the workmen were always polite clean and tidy. When a leak appeared under the sink Mark was there within 10 mins to sort it and a faulty cupboard fixing was sorted the next day. Excellent after care!!!

I would like to say thank you for helping me to get new cupboard doors for my wall unit. It has been a few years since your company fitted my kitchen out, and I was devastated when the steam from my kettle damaged two of the doors. I contacted you to see if I could get new ones, only to find out my units were now obsolete!! Instead of leaving it there, you very kindly went out of your way to see if you could get some made up for me. I did not think it would be possible, but you contacted me to say you could get them. A couple of weeks later you contacted me to say they had arrived and we arranged a day for you to fit them. I'm so pleased with the new doors, and I'm very grateful. It's not often that you hear of good after sale service, but six years down the line, I can honestly say you went out of your way to find out, order and replace the doors. If I have the opportunity to recommend you and your company at any time I will do so.

Huge thanks to R&R Services for their professional 'end to end' approach, first with replacement windows and then with a superb en-suite, and some extra plumbing tasks. The whole team were very professional, turning up exactly when they said they would, and offering helpful design suggestions for our small space. From the initial visit , through to design and fit, and aftercare, nothing was too much trouble. Especially appreciated the billing arrangements as most companies seemed to want nearly everything up front, before they even started, but not R&R! We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them onwards.

I would like to thank everyone at R and R for your high standard of customer service. As you know, one of the bathroom fittings installed by you developed a serious fault.(This fault was nothing to do with R and R and was obviously a flaw in the manufacture.) When I contacted you about this, you and a Director of the company were at my house within the hour. You agreed to replace and install the fitting and make good any repairs which we needed. You did this without any argument and with a professional and friendly approach. Both myself and my wife are pensioners and were quite upset by this incident, but your manner and swift response calmed us down, as we felt the problem was in capable hands. Needless to say everything has been put right and we're very grateful that we had RandR to deal with rather than some other firm. Thank you again. Roger Hack.

From the initial planning visit right through to the final completion this Company was great to deal with, and their emphasis on customer service was easy to see. They turned our thoughts of a new dream kitchen into reality and we cannot praise them highly enough. Any company is only as good as its workforce or sub contractors and the team from R&R who dealt with our kitchen were brilliant.....especially Tony Mason the Kitchen fitter. Just wanted to say thank you to Sal, yourself and R&R for the very reliable service we have received right from the quoting/planning stages of our kitchen through to completion of the project by your workmen.
There have been a few small snags as to be expected, but they have been dealt with promptly and professionally.
The only small issue we found was with one of the new sockets where it was not screwed in on one side, so on taking a plug out for the first time the other day the socket plate came with it. The electrician had attempted to glue the socket plate to the wall on one side however I don't think that was ever going to work! My husband has managed to sort this out anyway.
That aside, we have been really pleased with the work so wanted to let you know.

As one of the biggest purchases you make, getting a Kitchen right first time essential. So choosing R & R was definitely the right choice. Sal the designer produced different designs for us to choose, gave us good advice and managed to utilise a space we didn't think possible. Then of course a good quality, designed kitchen needs a good fitter and yet again R & R surpassed our expectations as Tony fitted everything to detail. From start to finish, a well managed project.

Sal the kitchen designer did a fantastic job in using every available space in our new kitchen. Tony the kitchen fitter also did a brilliant job fitting our cupboards to a very high standard and his finishing touches were superb. Every expect of each job was very well organising and it didn't take long for the job to be completed. Would you then again if need other jobs doing in the future.

R and R Services provided excellent service throughout the process of my new en-suite bathroom re-fit. From the initial survey through to final completion, everything ran smoothly and exactly to plan. I didn't pay any money until the job was completed to my satisfaction, which it was! Excellent customer service, they deliver on their promises, and I have every confidence in this company. We recently employed the services of R&R to transform 3 rooms into one. It was a big expense for us and the magnitude of the project left us nervous. However, the project was excellently planned and managed from start to finish and was delivered within the timescales promised. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result.
We would certainly recommend R&R to others and would look to use them again. We had a couple of small snags as you'd expect from a big project, but these were all resolved satisfactorily.

I just wanted to say thank you again for our wonderful new kitchen. We were not sure if a modern kitchen would work in our 200 year old house but you have designed and fitted it around all the quirky features and we know there's no straight walls etc. We are thrilled with it and it's truly unique and special. Ade and Jon the fitters were professional and friendly and their work is exceptional. Their eye for detail is amazing and they cleaned everything from top to bottom which you don't expect. As usual we are glad you fitted our kitchen as in our last house and we always actively recommend you to friends and family. Thanks so much Caroline Haves
