Downstairs Cloaks this time. Plastering,Wall & Floor tiling,Grouting, Close coupled Loo, Wall mounted Hand-Basin and plumbing. Spence and Son back again. Job done !!! Excellent Workmanship. Did NOT rate my teamaking ability though.... NOT SURPRISED Thanks Guys
