I've been seeing Back to Health for a few months after several attempts to relieve my back and hip pain. At its worse, I had awful sciatic pain which left me struggling to walk, sit and lie down. I was referred to Back to Health by a friend at my gym and within a few weeks, the pain had gone and I had strategies in place to strengthen my weak areas. They are easy to contact and work hours that suit my shifts so I can go in and see them when I need to. Good value for money too!
