I contacted Andy yesterday regarding problems with a front door lock and he said he would come and have a look this morning. He arrived first thing and was exceptionally helpful, identifying the problem within about 5 mins. He proceeded to remap every the barrel, showed me where the problem was and provided advice on the best course of action. Andy was exceptionally knowledgable and helpful and provided an outstanding service at a very reasonable price, I would have no hesitation in recommending AW Locksmiths to anyone in need of advice or help with solving lock problems; Andy's contact details are now in my phone as one of a number of companies that I can trust and have confidence in.
