Terrible service, promised Thursday, then Monday, then Monday/Tuesday & would be given a call to confirm, no call, then at 12.20 on Tuesday had a call to say they would be here in half an hour, over 2 hours later they arrived. The boy was on his own, his helper cannot lift as he has hurt his knee. Im waiting for an op for 2 new knees, but still helped him get carpets into dining room as i couldn't shut front door if left in the hallway. Carpets look ok as packaged & as im disabled i cannot open them to check so fingers crossed their carpets are better than their service.
