Once again I've used these vets for one of my cats that needed urgent attention, they fitted me in straight away , can't fault any of them , yes you may pay a little bit more here , but the whole team are 100 percent worth it !

What can I say?? Our dear beautiful boy called Bandit was taken to 387 vet’s for emergency surgery while on the care of my daughter when we were in Jamaica. He had a foreign body in his intestines that cause significant damage and the surgery was long. He passed on the table at the final hour which was simply traumatic and distressing for all the staff at 387 vets. I want to thank Carlos, Jennifer, Hamish, all the nurses and all the reception staff for trying their best to save his life and the kindness and compassion going over and above to call me in Jamaica and my daughter at home to deliver the devastating news. They arranged for his cremation and gave me the time we needed for a debrief of what happened on my return. When I tell people of my experience and the loss of Bandit they comment on what a wonderful practice 387 vets must be. The care Bandit received was second to none and I am at peace with the way he was cared for and loved in his final hours. Cannot thank you enough for helping us through such a horrible time

After getting 2 rescue kittens from Cat Cradle and needing to get the next vaccination at 387 we decided to stick with 387 and not change to our local vets despite living in Penkridge after getting amazing service from both the actual vets and the cat clinic. Brilliant team and every vet we have seen so far has gone above and beyond to help, this includes the receptionists. Not to mention cheaper than our local vet which helps a lot.

I volunteer for a cat rescue that this vets has supported. They have an excellent standard of care and always make sure the animals receive first class treatment. The staff are very polite and helpful amd always help to relieve the stress of taking a sick animal to the vets.
