First time here and was not disappointed. Staff are amazing they put you at ease and no hidden costs. It is nice to find a vetinary that still put animals first not money and treat them like they are family. Lauren looked after our furbaby at her last place and we was so happy to find her working here.

Olga saw my girl Miela who is a 2.5 ur old Boerboel 55kg. She diagnosed her with pyrometra and gave me 2 options. Based on my research and her expansive knowledge we have manged to get her through this infection without the need for surgery. Top marks. They are very invested in your pride and joy/s

After looking for a feline specialist, I came across 387 vets. Following the amazing reviews, I booked an appointment for the following week.
387 vets have a separate centre just for felines. I parked up and walked into a very calm environment. I saw Emma, who specialises in cat medicine, She's an absolutely amazing vet and a fairy cat mother ( in my opinion), and a credit to the clinic.
I felt both my cats needs were met, and as a Furparent I was listened to.
Both me & my furry friend went home feeling happy & relaxed ( which is very good for my 🐱)
I highly recommend 387 vets, and would give them 10 stars if I could!

We have been with 387 vets ever since we had our two cats from a rescue and cannot fault them at all, all of the staff are lovely and genuinely care.
Special mention to Emma and Cody who helped us through a very difficult decision, for all of Emma’s advice and compassion when dealing with sensitive situations and for Cody’s reassuring nature.
I could go on about how wonderful this vets is but I’d surely be writing an essay, they’ll be getting a big thank you from us next time we’re visiting of course.

The clinic part is great. Calming and stress free environment. Always great availability but experts in cats. I chose to have my Siamese cats x2. (4 years) to have surgery on there teeth because the vet there had dental qualification for cats at the time one of the only handful of vets who holds such in the uk. The cost for bout was around 1.7k but worth every penny!

Absolutely wonderful veterinary surgery. All staff are extremely friendly & pleasant. I travel from Birmingham with my dog & cat to use this vets as they are so outstanding. Emma, Carlos and Hamish have been fantastic with my fur babies, they go above and beyond with their care for your animals. I highly recommend them and would never go anywhere else with my precious babies...I can't praise their services and professionalism enough..

My rabbit Mortimer has had multiple tooth extractions and I never doubt that he’s in the best care. This practice on multiple occasions has proved to me that they care about my animals and their needs. They are just as happy as me when Mortimer is doing well. Now he has His face back and is on the mend ❤️❤️
