Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else - a lovely personable veterinary practice with a kind, compassionate team who treat their clients and patients with the utmost respect and dignity. High standards of care are always adopted at 387 - the practice is clean, well equipped and I know that my pets are in the safest of hands - highly recommend. Always receive super service here especially from Emma and Carlos - highly recommend!

Been going here since our dog was a puppy. He's six now. So far it has thankfully only been for routine checks and vaccination. Friendly staff. Appointment times adhered to. Always get a call to alert us at vaccination time. Has its own car park. Our family all use this veterinary practice.

had the difficult decision to have my dog put to sleep today. Hamish and the rest of the staff were fantastic with my dog and myself, can’t thank them enough for making it as painless as possible for both of us.

Please reception staff. Can you please think about the patients and peope in the waiting room. I was called at work and asked if I could change my time from 1530 to 150hrs. Which I gladly did. I raced home to get my gog Harry a quick walk before getting to 387 at ten to three. I eventually got in at 1530hrs. Which was the original time. Please could you at least come out and apologise and let people know you are running late. It was quite warm in there and some water for the patients wouldn't go amiss.

Brilliant place to take any injured or I'll animals! Iv been here with dogs, cats and rabbits with problems and every time I get sorted out fast with all the right needs for the animals. Also the staff are lovely and they always give good tips and advice on how to improve things or even if it's new tips! I would highly recommend. Also people ask about the price but they're very reasonable with price comparison to other vets.

Midlands cat clinic based at 387 Vets is dedicated to cats, a lovely relaxing waiting room, no tension with dogs being in the same area. The staff are lovely and good vetinary care . Definitely recommend

All the Staff from the reception desk to veterinary nurses to the vets themselves are welcoming and friendly. They answer and explain every question you ask. Our 6mth Spaniel likes the staff so we will be staying with them.

Wonderful building and incredible service every single time! Reasonable prices, the two buildings are impeccable, so clean and fresh every time I visit! The vet we see is always so good with my cats, can't see me taking them anywhere else any time soon!

Recently moved my three cats over to 387 vets from Vets4Pets (Reedswood) after receiving abysmal service and care.

Saved our Dog leg after jumping out of the back of our car. He was only a pup at the time. Anywhere else would have lost his Leg. Total professional staff who work their . The young vet who assisted us with my moms dog was very caring and thoughtful as our fur baby was very poorly and old they said it was best thing that she was put to sleep .They was very understanding in our time of need we use thus vet with our own pets
