Discovered ACMS in June after exiting expensive Mercedes franchised service contract. Superb service on a 10 year old E Class estate - rear brake pipes replaced, MOT tester at Fleetcare said he'd never seen a better job. Seized glow plugs replaced - tricky job done efficiently at surprisingly low cost. Highly recommended, and great people as well! Richard S.

First time at ACMS. Was looking for a good independent Mercedes garage and have definitely found one. Honest and comprehensive appraisal of what needed to be done at the service and what might be required on the next one. No pressure to do unnecessary work. You get much more done and at a far better price than the main dealers.

My wife's SLK 230 had a jammed roof that we thought was terminal, but Mark sorted it quickly and inexpensively. He's doing loads of work for us now. Wouldn't go anywhere else with the Merc! It's the "Yes, can do" attitude that is so refreshing. Can't recommend ACMS highly enough.

When I realised I'd got a potentially serious problem with my ten year old 180D, I took the recommendation of a trusted contact and visited to check the prospects. I'm a retired locally trained mechanical engineer and I was impressed by what I saw of this relatively small workshop. Even more by the knowledgeable and calmly clear delivery of the owner's assessment, which wasn't too welcome, but necessary.....
The work was undertaken within two days and completed as scheduled within four hours.
To me, this was a proper job, well done !

I've been going to ACMS for a few years after a friend recommended them to me and have never looked back! Mark and Rachel are very welcoming and it's the first garage I've come across that provides a honest service to female drivers as I've been stung in the past on several occasions! I can whole heartedly recommend ACMS to everyone - can't beat their prices compared to Mercedes main dealers 👍
