Having been introduced to ACMS , I have had a lot of work done and introduced several friends. We are all most impressed with the high quality of knowledge and service given - along with a feeling of safety that work is done to the highest standards but without compromising standards. Fast efficient competitive. Not cheap but we don't want cheap - we want good quality honest professional service . ACMS is one of the main reasons I continue to drive a Mercedes. It is so reassuring to know that you will get excellent service at a very reasonable price, no matter what the problem is. I was recommended by a friend when I bought a mercedes. Mark Rachel and the team are highly experienced and know what they are talking about. They will tell you how it is. No flannel. They will sign post you if they can't help. When I broke down in a remote area, ACMS was the first people I rang. I knew they'd help me. Mark talked me through what I needed to do to get me going. They even asked me to ring them when I got home. The customer service is amazing. They are reliable, honest,kind, trustworthy and best of all very competitive with cost. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thank you to the everyone at ACMS for looking after me.

Not only are ACMS much cheaper than main dealers but they know Mercedes like no one else,will not add a nut or bolt to the original quote unless they speak to you first and will talk about your car as if its their own.They are the most recommended local Mercedes engineers on the biggest MB forum which is testament itself as of course the members are all seasoned hard to please customers.Thanks Paul Kirby

Would highly recommend ACMS for their knowledge on Mercedes. Our Merc E220 developed a knocking noise and Mark took a test drive with me and quickly identified a problem with track rod end. Parts ordered and repair promptly repaired making the car which is 7 yrs old now drives like new.

If you drive a mercedes then you really do need to let the ACMS team look after it , they really are customer focused and they are great people to deal with

ACMS Mercedes Ltd has helped me out on many occasions! Whether it be a break down repair, an MOT or a service, they never disappoint. After years of being ripped off by the dealer I brought my car from, and only going there because it was conveniently located on my way to work, ACMS Mercedes came highly recommended to me and I've not looked back. On numerous occasions they have fitted me in and got my car up-and-running in no time at all! Not only all this, but the garage is spotless and well organised, and the reception area is warm and welcoming too! Fantastic place, can't recommend it enough!!!
